Welcome again, i shared two of very useful reports below; once you can see about the Turkish Lira buying power from 2010 to 2022 with “Big Mac” report. It is comparing buying power of Euro versus Turkish Lira last 12 years. Let me give some explanation; at right table list, it starts with 31.07.2010 – 1 Big Mac hamburger was 5,95TL and you can buy same Big Mac hamburger with 3,03 Euro which means 1 Turkish Lira was 0,51 Euro (Cent) in Turkey. When we checked the 13.05.2022, we will be able to see 1 Big Mac hamburger, we can buy with 49,99 Turkish Lira and almost same amount of 3,10 Euro which means 1 TL reduced to 0,06 Euro.
Sorry to say this is very sad report which is showing how TL value reduced from 2010 to 2022. Ofcourse this effected all prices in Turkey. It shows us some ways that we should follow while we make complex management in Alanya, Turkey. Inflation Rate 2022 in Turkey, Alanya
Big Mac Report
Another report which you can find below is about the figures which are effected from these inflation and increasements as electric, water, staff salary…
Electric per KW prices for complex usage increased %271 from 2021 to 2022. Water per TON prices increased %113. Some how minimum wages in Turkey increased %81 which is %51 for first 6 months of 2022 and for second 6 months it increased %30 more in total it makes %81. So this situation makes the prices automatically increased. Additional information; 1 Liter Fuel was 7TL in 2021 and it increased to 27TL in 2022. According to these changes, it is very hard to estimate about 2023 increasements in Turkey.
