Toprak Panorama is one of the biggest complex in Kargicak region, there are quite a lot facilites included in this complex;

• 7 building blocks,
• 2 outdoor and 1 indoor car parking area,
• 96 apartments,
• 7 outdoor pool 
• 1 indoor pool with heating pump and air circulation engine for keep the place dry,
• There are sports fields as tennis, basketball,
• Indoor and Outdoor Fitness gym,
• SPA area which includes sauna, hamam, steam room and massage rooms,
• Play room for kids,
• Pavilions for barbeques,
• Meeting Room,
• Generator,

There were very big electric bills which we could not afford. We made sauna coin system for reduce this electric bills and timers (automaticly stop in 1 hour if not closed manually) for air-conditions, it worked. 

Biggest problem was about the water pressure in lower and higher blocks; we made neccesary improvments for solving problem partly.

Common areas painted, new password system made, car enterance doors fixed..

I worked with 5 members of board commitee in this complex and they all can be reference to me with my management time.
