Additionally this complex had drainage problems, hydrophore pump problems and wall damages from the moisture in the past. 

Drainage problems was about the pipe blockage and there were flood at first floors. After changing size of pipes and make correctly incline, this problem solved.  

About the drinking water hydrophore pump problem; there are two pumps which are pumping to all three blocks water. They were not in good condition and quality to carry this work, we changed one of these pumps and problem solved.

About the damaged walls; due to construction fail we could not fix the problem from beginning, we cover the walls with ceramics which ceramics are breathing teoricly. The problems hide on this way. For the future plans it is in our tasks.
