Lemon Garden is an European majorty complex which is in Cikcilli, Alanya Region. There is Finnish and Swedish owners as majorty in this complex. It is compact and quality complex;

• Indoor pool with heating pump,
• Turkish Bath,
• Sauna, Steam Room,
• Fitness,
• Pavillion for barbeque,
• Camera System,
• Fire Alarm System,
• Central Water Filter System,
• Restaurant, Billard,
• Office for board members, library and kids playground.

We made fire alarm system, water filter system and camera system in our period for this complex.

There were drainage problem in the beginning of my managing period. There were leakage to underground of B block. We dig around the block and made isolation to walls and put drainage lines. The problem solved on this way.

Another problem was about indoor pool; there were cracks and leakage under the indoor pool which has been fixed in my time.

We made central internet system which is connected to common area internet for all apartments, soon we will receive fiber optic cables and share it to all apartments. The maintenance fee is including also this internet. It is fully insured complex.
