Orion City Avsallar is one of the biggest complex in Avsallar region, there are quite a lot facilites included in this complex;

• 10 pieces of buildings which is 20 twince blocks,
• 371 apartments,
• 1 huge outdoor pool with water slides, (1 auto cleaning robot for pool, 1 auto chemical adjuster)
• 1 indoor pool with heating pump and winter cover for keep the warm,
• 1 pool bar,
• There are sports fields as tennis, basketball and football,
• Fitness gym,
• SPA area which includes sauna, hamam, steam room and massage rooms,
• Beauty parlour,
• Play room for kids,
• Pavilions for barbeques (reservation required),
• Cinema,
• Meeting Room,
• Bowling playground

There were very big electric bills which we could not afford. We made solar panel system for hamam to reduce this electric bills, it worked. Another improvement was about making new cover for indoor pool which keeps the hot temperature out of usage times. We rented out hamam for let the complex have some incomes for making profit for expenditures. We made new well water for stop paying to water.

Biggest problem was about the penthouse walls, there were leakage to apartments from this walls and we apply to court for taking official expert report. After this report we didn’t wait for the winter and made directly this wall repairing, isolation and painting works.

I worked with 5 members of board commitee in this complex and they all can be reference to me with my management time.
